NF1 patients have neurological disorders, such as sensory loss, sleep difficulties, weakness or tingling, potentially due to neuropathy. In addition to these commonly described symptoms, patients also report their experience of chronic pain, an understudied phenomenon whose prevalence in NF1 patients is precisely unknown.
